This corn-based vodka is packaged with long, thin ribbons of Eureka lemon peel in the bottle, imparting a pale yellow tinge and brisk lemon peel aroma. The palate is light, silky and rounded, opening with bitter pith and finishing dry. The essential oils from the peel really come through in this vodka; you won't need that extra twist over a mixed drink.
