The 2016 Rosé of Pinot Noir also has 22 Merlot. It is very dry and without malolactic fermentation. It comes in at 12.4% alcohol. This is a red wine in disguise, showing fine body and texture, not to mention plenty of flavor. Dry, it shows its serious side, too, while remaining just fresh enough. This isn't the one for those who want their pinks more on the very crisp, whiter side of the aisle, but if you are looking for a red wine substitute in the summer, something lighter that you can chill down, this is quite a nice mouthful that should hold up well to food.
