Babich
Headwaters Organic Block Sauvignon Blanc
White Wine
Aromas of mineral /slate with lemon and orange citrus and a distinct floral thread. Lime and lemon interwoven with a juicy minerality on the palate. Fresh, mouth-filling and long with a lingering apple peel and white blossoms. Fleshy and textured.

Struck flint and cut grass accent ripe notes of fig, stone fruit and melon in the medium-bodied 2017 Headwaters Organic Sauvignon Blanc. It's not as rich as Babich's Cowslip Valley bottling, but it's qualitatively its equal, replacing that richness with a cool, wet-stone sensation and equivalent length on the finish.
