The 2014 Headwaters Organic Block Sauvignon Blanc shows a bit of sulfides, struck match and flint at first then gives plenty of lemon and yuzu with a pinch of fresh sage. Medium-bodied, the wine shows great intensity and nice savory characters with citrus accents through the long, mineral finish.
